Overview / 개요

All applications to the KAIST Visiting Student Researcher (VSR) Program must be submitted through the designated Regular Track (batch-based system).

KAIST 방문연구학생(VSR) 프로그램은 **연간 지정된 Regular Track(배치 방식)**을 통해서만 신청할 수 있습니다.

Individual applications are not accepted, and applications outside the official timeline will not be processed.

개별(Individual) 신청은 운영되지 않으며, 정해진 모집 기간 외 신청은 접수 및 행정 지원이 불가합니다.

※ Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Key Principles / 운영 원칙

Batch-based application only (No Individual Track) 정기 모집(Regular Track)으로만 신청 가능
No administrative support outside official timeline 지정 기간 외 신청 건은 행정 지원 불가
Strict compliance with research security and campus regulations 연구보안 및 캠퍼스 규정 엄격 적용
Non-compliance may result in liability assigned to host laboratory 미준수 시 모든 책임은 해당 연구실에 귀속됨
